Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, transfer to your hotel and check in. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Rio de Janeiro has green hills, blue sky, beautiful bays, islands and marvelous beaches. It is the second biggest city in Brazil (after Sao Paulo). The most popular beaches – Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon, are famous for their black and white tiled promenades.

Breakfast. The first stop on this tour is on Urca Mountain, with a wide viewing area, where you can have a snack at the bar. On Sugar Loaf Mountain enjoy a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana beach, the bay, surrounding mountains, islands, bridge to Niteroi, Guanabara Bay and the statue of Christ on Corcovado Mountain. Go by car to the central regions of the old Rio and admire several old churches, monasteries, the main cathedral of the city, Uruguayana and Carioca streets and colonial style buildings. Return to your hotel.

After breakfast, set off on a tour through the city. Arrive at the station, where the environmentally friendly train will take you through the jungle to the top of Corcovado. Enjoy spectacular views of Tijuca forest enroute. At the top of Corcovado, at 700 m above sea level, stands the symbol of Rio – Statue of Christ the Savior (38m), which was built in 1931. Enjoy a breathtaking panorama view of the metropolis and its environs – Bridge Niteroi, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden, the world’s largest Maracana stadium, Sugar Loaf, and more on a clear day. Return to the hotel. The evening is at leisure.

Tropical Islands Tour
Itacuruça is an island 1.5 hrs away from Rio. Mangaratiba town is active in fishing, tourism and agriculture. You need to cross the Sepetiba Bay in the Saveiro schooner. During the trip, enjoy views of the tropical green islands. If you’re lucky you may glimpse dolphins, huge fish, parrots, turtles and poisonous stingrays. Enroute, the schooner will stop for you to take a swim. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the island, walk around, swim and return to the schooner which will take you back to Rio.

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Foz de Iguacu, Brazilian side, where you will be welcomed. Enjoy the falls.
Foz de Iguassu Falls are on the borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay and have 275 large water flows, falling from a massive height. The falls are in the National Park with its unique flora and fauna. Each fall has its own name, and rushes down into the canyon of “Devil’s Throat”. Enjoy an excursion to the Bird Park, near the National Park of Iguaçu. Enter the huge open-air cages full of fabulous birds. Transfer back to the hotel.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a full day adventure to the Argentinian side of the Iguazu National Park. The Argentinean side is very different from the Brazilian one; there are the three trails leading you through the park:
The Lower Circuit:At a length of 1,700m, runways venture into the lush jungle to take direct contact with the breaking of the Dos Hermanas, Chico and Ramirez. Walk down a runway to the foot of a huge seawall which is the fall of Salto Bosetti. Enjoy the steep falls in the Saltos Alvar Nuñez, Elenita and Lanusse.
The Upper Circuit:A walk of 1,300m, elevated runways take you on the fall line of several major jumps, reaching the edge. It provides an overview of the whole area from a greater height.
The Devil’s Throat:Accessed through the Rainforest with the Ecological Train arriving at the Devil’s Throat Station. From there, after a 1,000 meters walk, you will reach the enormous ‘Devil’s Throat’. Walk next to the falls for a closer look. An amazing memorable experience!

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and fly to Manaus. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Manaus. Check in. Enjoy dinner and a night canoe tour to see alligators (all excursions with English speaking guide).

Breakfast. Enjoy a fantastic boat trip on the Amazon River and fish piranhas from the boat! Visit an Indian village to know about the daily life and traditions of the locals. Take a walk in the jungle and enjoy the rich flora and fauna. Your guide will teach you some lessons on jungle survival and on distinguishing poisonous from non-poisonous plants. The guide will also teach you to shoot poisonous arrows. Return to your hotel.

Transfer to the airport and fly to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Buzios.
