Jeddah Short Break – 4 Days
Day 1: Jeddah

Arrive and transfer to the hotel, and check—in. Rest of the evening is at leisure.

Overnight.

Day 2: Jeddah - City Tour (4 hrs)

Breakfast. Discover Jeddah on a city tour and see all the important sights. Start by visiting Old Jeddah. Your guide will tell you amazing stories about Jeddah and its surroundings. Enjoy a wonderful walk in Al-Balad, the old part of the city. Explore all the lesser-known must-see local spots: Old Market, hidden galleries, local cuisine. See the 5 storied Beit Nassif, one of the prominent renovated structures dating back to the mid-1800s. Admire the blend of traditional architecture with modernity. Also see Baghdadi house, visit the old gold market in Gabel Street and the Ukash Mosque.

Drive towards the Jeddah Corniche, a 30 km coastal resort area of Jeddah, passing by the Jeddah Sculpture Museum. Rest of the day is free to relax or book some optional tours. Lunch and dinner on your own.

Day 3: Jeddah - Optional Tours

Breakfast. Choose from various optional tours like Full Day Taif Tour with Lunch or Full Day Mecca tour with Lunch (only Muslims).

Taif Tour:Enjoy a panoramic drive to the majestic al Hada Mountain, passing by a rose farm and a perfume factory. Take a stroll in downtown Taif, see its traditional market followed by a stop to see “Al-Kaki Palace.” Head back to the mountains of Taif. Enjoy a traditional meal stop at one of the good local restaurants. The city of Taif is cool and green. Visit the Jebel Daka mountain view point and Al Shafa mountain high view point. Return to Jeddah.

Full Day Mecca Tour with Lunch (only Muslims):This morning drive to Mecca which is in a desert valley in western Saudi Arabi. It is Islam’s holiest city, as it is the birthplace of the prophet Muhammad and the faith itself. Only Muslims are allowed in the city with millions arriving for the annual Hajj (pilgrimage). Dating from the 7th century, the central Masjid al-Haram (Sacred Mosque) is surrounded by the Kaaba, the cloth-covered cubic structure, Islam’s most sacred shrine. Drive first to the two Holy Mosques Architecture Exhibition, then go King Abdulaziz Complex for Holy Kaaba Kiswah. Visit the Masjid Aisha, also known as Masjid at-Tan’eem.

Medina Tour:In the city centre, the vast Al Masjid an Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque) is a major Islamic pilgrimage site. Its striking Green Dome rises above the tombs of the Prophet Muhammad and early Islamic leaders Abu Bakr and Umar. The Masjid al Qiblatain, known as the site where the Prophet Muhammad received the command to change the direction of prayer to Mecca. Visit the outskirts of the city only, except the holy pilgrimage areas and end with a short walk near Mount Uhud.

Lunch in the city. Continue in the afternoon to Wadi Fatimah, also known as Mur al Dahran valley, and see the Al Fateh Mosque in Al Jumum village. Visit the grave of Maymuna bint al-Harith the wife of the Prophet. Drive back to Jeddah.

Overnight.

Day 4: Jeddah

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
