Day 1:
West Coast Reunion Island
You will be met at the airport for handover of the documents and “self-drive” – 50 km to the west coast and check in at the hotel of your choice. Overnight.
Day 2:
West Coast
Breakfast. This morning : experience a mountain descent from Maido Peak to Saint-Gilles Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight.
Day 3:
Cilaos
Breakfast and today Self-drive to Cilaos. Cilaos is known for its beautiful mountain climate with thermal springs. Enjoy a spa and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.
Day 4:
Cilaos
Breakfast. Visit the village of Cilaos and enjoy the 1/2 day canyon tour of Mini Fleur Jaunes. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight.
Day 5:
Wild South
Breakfast. Drive to the coast, visit Saint-Pierre and its harbour. St-Pierre pulses with an energy unknown elsewhere on the island, especially at weekends. This is a vibrant, feisty, good-natured city knows what really counts in life: having a good time. Overnight at the charming guesthouse.
Day 6:
Wild South
Breakfast. Today you will explore a lava cave, this is an experience in itself. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.
Day 7:
Saint-Denis
After breakfast drive to the North and visit the cirque of Salazie, the greenest part of the island. Overnight.
Day 8:
Saint-Denis
Breakfast. Today morning meet Jacky for a creole cooking lesson. After lunch, drive to the airport and drop off the car.
